Juliana Boselli Neves

Co-founder & Co-CEO • Licensed Real Estate Broker: #BK3252430

Born in Brazil and living in Orlando since 2002, Juliana is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of the Glasstone Group and a licensed real estate broker with a degree in Hospitality Management. With more than 15 years of experience in the Florida real estate market, she has built a strong track record in brokerage, property management and development. She has held leadership roles at the National Association of Realtors and Florida Realtors, served on advisory boards including Cogent Bank, and was honored with the Women Who Mean Business award from the Orlando Business Journal. She currently serves as Chairwoman of the Florida Realtors Global Council. Before focusing on real estate, she spent eight years leading the national expansion of the Earl of Sandwich restaurant brand in the United States, part of the Planet Hollywood group.

Marcelo Teixeira

Co-founder & Co-CEO

Brazilian entrepreneur and Co-CEO of the Glasstone Group, Marcelo has lived in Orlando since 2017 and brings 19 years of business experience across two countries, with an increasing focus on the U.S. real estate market. He holds a degree in Business Administration from UNA and a Business Administration degree with a Real Estate emphasis from Valencia College in Florida. In the U.S., he has worked in short-term rental management and, since 2022, has focused on urban development planning—a field in which the Glasstone Group has been expanding its presence in Orlando. Early in his career he co-founded F.Gênia Comunicação Multimeios, working as an advertising executive specialized in media investment management for brands such as Fiat Automóveis, Oi, Caterpillar, Komatsu and Água de Cheiro.

Peter Siemsen

Capital Partner & Strategic Shareholder

Lawyer and executive with extensive experience in corporate law, governance, and strategic management. Partner at one of the leading Intellectual Property firms in Latin America, with significant involvement in negotiations and the structuring of complex business deals. President of Fluminense Football Club from 2010 to 2016, leading a period of sporting achievements and advancements in professional management and institutional strengthening. Currently also acts as an investor and consultant, supporting projects that require strategic vision, disciplined execution, and a focus on long term sustainable value creation.

Norman Yurek Mc Kelligan Maiz

An entrepreneur for 25 years in the technology, telecom, logistics and real estate sectors in Mexico and the U.S., Yurek spent 11 years at Cellstar, then the world’s largest wholesale mobile phone distributor. Combining a background in marketing with corporate finance, he developed expertise in strategic planning, operational turnarounds and startups. He volunteers with youth leadership initiatives including CISV International, Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), EO-GSEA and Students Shark Tank.

Walter Luiz Dalla Bernardina

A Brazilian businessman with a well-established background in the private healthcare sector, Walter founded São Bernardo Saúde, an operator that became a regional reference for management, expansion and quality of care, achieving steady growth with a focus on operational efficiency. Over his career he developed expertise in structuring operations and strategic growth, contributing to the strengthening of Brazil’s private healthcare sector. He currently invests in real estate and capital markets with a focus on long-term value creation.
